Take a gold star out of petty cash, this worked. Appreciate the fast response from everyone! I use the Microsoft Sculpt, and had some of the keys die. They replaced it, though I had to jump through some hoops.

I believe I sent the defective one back first. It took a couple of months, but I got a brand new set keyboard, mouse and key back in the mail. It takes time, but it worked!
